1. Services Offered

Garuda Yathra organizes devotional and temple tour packages, group pilgrimages, and spiritual retreats across India and abroad. All itineraries, inclusions, and prices are subject to change based on operational conditions, temple schedules, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance or full payment as per the package terms.

• The balance payment (if any) must be made before the commencement of the tour.

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or any accepted mode.

• Garuda Yathra reserves the right to cancel bookings if full payment is not received within the specified time.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• All cancellations must be made in writing or by email.

• Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy mentioned in each tour package.

• Non-refundable components like train tickets, flight tickets, or darshan passes will be deducted.

• Refunds are typically processed within 15–30 business days after confirmation.

4. Changes or Cancellations by Garuda Yathra

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any tour due to reasons such as natural calamities, strikes, temple closures, or other unavoidable situations.
If such changes occur, we will offer an alternate itinerary or refund as applicable.

Garuda Yathra will not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising due to such circumstances.

5. Traveler’s Responsibility

By booking a tour, you agree that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to travel.

• You will respect local customs, dress codes, and temple rules.

• You will follow instructions from the tour coordinator and authorities.

• You are responsible for your own belongings and travel documents.

Garuda Yathra will not be liable for loss of belongings, delays, or injuries during the trip.

6. Limitation of Liability

Garuda Yathra acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, transporters, and temple authorities.
We are not responsible for:

• Delays, losses, accidents, or damages caused by third-party providers.

• Changes in temple schedules or entry restrictions.
  Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service booked through us.

7. Travel Insurance

We recommend all travelers obtain personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, cancellations, and theft before commencing the tour.

8. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

• Use the website for fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.

• Submit false information through forms or bookings.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, brand names, and content on this website are the property of Garuda Yathra. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
